If you are driven to succeed but want to maintain a normal, balanced lifestyle at the same time, Kenneth is the guy whose advice you should be following. I really liked this book. It has great advice and examples from other books and is insanely well-researched. The chapter on digital safety is a welcome addition as that aspect of young people’s lives is often simply ignored by their mentors or misunderstood by older generations. Kenneth’s understanding of the challenges young people face is impressive. If I didn’t know better, I’d think he was Gen Z himself! Overall, it’s an excellent read.
